Mobile phones are ubiquitous. The growing use of mobile phones has made many tasks much simpler and less time-consuming. Mobile phones are the wonder of science, no doubt. However, everything has good as well as bad impacts on our lives, and mobile phones are no exception. If mobile phones are misused, then it may cause many health-related issues. Not only this, but also nowadays, mobile phones have become an important tool of cyber-crime.

Nowadays, it is found that teenagers excessively use mobile phones, and this has wreaked havoc on their physical and mental health. Mobile phones are the carriers of many popular media, such as Instagram, Whats-app, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and so on. Not only can these, but many mobile phones can be used to play popular video games. Now, new movies can also be watched on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Such a wide range of facilities has made mobile phones the best companions for people of all ages.

However, everything has a limit. Without a doubt, mobile phones can be a useful gadget for people of all ages. However, its excessive use can have detrimental effects on human health. It seems that teenagers have gone far away with the use of mobile phones. They spend so much time on their mobile devices that they spend less time on their studies and little or no time on their family members.

Scientifically, it has been proven that watching too many visuals helps release dopamine in the brain. That brings excitement and a kind of pleasure to people. If this happens regularly for a prolonged period, then the brain stops releasing more dopamine. This causes extreme strain on human minds. The bodily demand for more dopamine will make the person find other ways to supplement the bodily demand for dopamine. This need will force them to find extreme excitement, and that will be available only in hard drugs. This is one potent reason why today’s youth are falling into the cobweb of drug addiction.

Even adults should avoid using mobile phones excessively. They will also suffer to a great extent. The damage will be to their brain and overall health. Therefore, it is advised to teenagers and other people to limit the use of mobile phones. Use them when it is necessary; otherwise, it is better to maintain a healthy distance from your mobile phone. This wisdom will keep you mentally alert and physically healthy.
