Forests are a very significant natural resource in the world. In fact, it is also the main source of oxygen. Trees are spread all over the world, and these trees regularly release life-giving oxygen. However, over the years, the population growth rate has gone out of proportion, whereas the size of the forest has shrunk considerably. As a result, the world is facing nature’s wrath in many forms.
Oxygen is essential for every living organism. Life will
be wiped off the earth only if oxygen dries up in the environment. Thus, trees
are extremely important to have enough oxygen in the environment.
The forest is the home of different wild animals. Trees provide shelter for many animals. Grass, herbs, and shrubs are the food of many animals. Thus, whether it is humans or animals, we all depend on the forest. If the forest is healthy, there will be life on earth, and vice versa.
Nowadays, due to population growth, forests are being reduced day by day. Due to the greedy nature of humans, they exploit nature for their vested interests. They care the least about the impact of deforestation and mindless urbanization.
Every possible effort should be made to protect flora and fauna so that all living creatures can live without fear. The toughest legal provisions should be introduced against people who commit the serious crime of killing wild animals.
