It is a well-known fact that unemployment has become a global issue. Poor countries and developing and developed countries have been grappling with the unemployment problem in recent years.

Unemployment does not affect some people in the country, but the entire system of the country will come under its influence. Finally, a growing unemployment rate will directly cause the national economy to collapse.

The main reason for unemployment in many poor countries is corruption and misuse of natural resources and human resources, among others. Corruption is like a termite that eats away the country from the inside and makes it hollow. Similarly, corruption sucks all the juice out of the country and leaves it dead. This is exactly what has happened in many corrupt countries in recent times.

The education curriculum is also not pragmatic in many poor countries. Predominantly poor countries have an agricultural-based economy. Therefore, the education system in these countries should promote agricultural-based industries first. The industrialization process should begin later when the agricultural-based economy is well established in the country.

Human resources are the greatest asset to any country. In many poor countries, the population of youth is always higher. Thus, the governments of these countries must attempt to utilize their youths for nation-building. Moreover, this is possible by providing proper education and training to their youth.
