Parents and teachers role in the lives of students
It is true that parents and teachers play a significant role in molding a child’s personality. Therefore, parents’ contributions cannot be undermined. However, the role of a teacher is equally important. Parents and teachers roles in shaping the lives of students cannot be replaced, as both are equally important.
To begin with, teachers’ role in shaping children’s personalities is immensely important. Unlike parents, teachers are professionals. They are well educated, experienced, and trained to execute their responsibilities for the benefit of students. Teachers know how to handle and teach students and guide them for a better future. Teachers are much more skilled at handling students in the most effective manner than parents are. Teachers understand students’ psychology better than any parent can.
For instance, due to teachers’ hard work, students can become doctors, engineers, artists, architects, professors, and so on. Such a remarkable transformation of students is only possible due to teachers’ hard work.
The foundation of a child is laid at home, and parents are the real architects of children’s personalities. Children spend most of their time with their parents, and they are very influenced by their love, care, and teachings. Teachers only teach academic subjects in schools and colleges, but they don’t bother to take on the other responsibilities of students. But parents are different. They groom their children right from day one and help them stand on their own two feet.
To sum up in a few words, I can say that the real lessons of life are actually, what children learn from their parents. Parents also help in shaping the personalities of their children. As a whole, I would like to say that parents and teachers both play an important role in shaping a student’s life. So that later in life they can become able to face the challenges of life to get success.
