THE SUBJECT TO STUDY

THE SUBJECT TO STUDY

It has been a hotly debated topic in recent times. Many scholars think that students should only learn academic subjects. While other scholars think that students should learn any subjects they want. Well, these contradictory statements might perplex students.

Let’s delve into the subject matter to know more. Many academicians advise students to concentrate on the syllabus of their schools and colleges. Because this will help them score better grades in their respective subjects.

It is believed that students with impressive scores will be highly successful in their careers. This is the reason many students pay attention to the syllabus prescribed by their colleges and universities.

On the contrary, some scholars believe that for the all-round development of students, they must take interest in out-of-syllabi  as well. Reading fiction, non-fiction books, newspapers, and magazines will always help our students become more learned and successful.

It is an accepted fact that those students who take an interest in other subjects are much smarter than bookworms. It is therefore advised that, in this contemporary world, everyone should have at least one skill. Thus, extra knowledge will always enable students to become more capable and successful in their personal and professional careers.

In the end, I would suggest that it is advised to pay attention to studies, but at the same time, students should read fiction and non-fiction. This habit will help them grow their intellect.
