WHY GIRLS SHOULD WORK PART-TIME JOBS
By Ansu Sen Thakuri

Working part-time jobs can be beneficial for girls in many ways. It helps them gain financial independence, develop valuable skills, and boost their confidence. Plus, it allows them to explore different career paths and learn time management. Part-time jobs can help girls develop a wide range of skills. Some specific skills they can gain include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, customer service, and adaptability. These skills are not only valuable for their current jobs but also for their future careers.

Each person’s reason for working is different. Some women work because they find fulfillment in their work, and for others, it is necessary to support their families. And sometimes both spouses work to secure a better future ahead.

This fact cannot be denied: women in general are more successful at work than men. And it is also true that women are more effective in communication than men are. This is the reason many companies nowadays prefer female managers to men. Women have proven themselves more successful in leadership. This includes a better understanding of their team’s concerns and greater patience with developing their employees and dealing with difficult situations.

Thus, it is my strong opinion that women must work to improve their working skills. So that they can have better career opportunities. And this will bring them financial independence and self-respect.
