MODERNIZATION AND INDUSTRIALIZATION CAUSE THE ENVIRONMENT TO FALL APART

The rapid pace of industrialization has put tremendous pressure on the natural ecosystem. This has further caused many negative impacts on the natural environment. Due to such developments, many species have come on the verge of extinction. If truth be told, then for the loss of flora and fauna, only human beings are accountable. In the name of industrialization and modernization, human beings have played havoc against nature.

Due to globalization, the world has shrunk to a small village. This is true because, due to industrialization, many economic activities have increased across the world. Increasing numbers of industries and rapidly increasing populations have turned the environment from bad to worse. Ever increasing numbers of transportations and the release of toxic chemicals by many industries have made matters worse. So-called technological advancement has only pushed many wild animals away from their natural habitats. As a result, many species have been on the list of extinction.

Most developing countries have blindly exploited natural resources in the name of development. This has not only displaced many wild animals from their natural habitats, but such acts have invited natural calamities and disasters.

Thus, the governments of all of the countries are responsible for putting a tab on the mad rush of industrialization and modernization. All of the living creatures on earth can breathe as long as the environment is kept healthy and wealthy. If it is damaged, then that day will be the end of human civilization on earth for sure.
