Scarcity is the best teacher in life
Wealth can indeed bring luxury and materialistic comforts in life. Thus, children from rich families get everything as soon as they desire. Life is much more comfortable for the children of rich families, which makes them less hard-working. However, children in poor families live in scarcity. Their lives are not a bed of roses, and every day is a challenge for them.
It has been found that children who live in poverty are much more sincere and hard-working. They understand the value of money and everything. They see how difficult it is for their parents to run family affairs daily. Every day is a challenge for them. Dealing with such problems throughout their early lives eventually makes these children more sincere, hardworking, and disciplined.
On the other hand, those children who have never experienced scarcity in their lives are careless, undisciplined, and unprepared to face critical times in life. For such children, life is not going to be easy, as life is highly unpredictable. The children of rich parents can also face bad times in the future. Then what? How can they cope with the adverse situation? Are they prepared to face such a critical time? Of course, they are not prepared at all, and this is the difference between the children of rich and poor families.
Parents have an imperative role in shaping the lives of their children. Right parenting is important to make their children more successful in the future. They are utterly wrong if they think that money can bring all the success in the lives of their children.
In the meantime, children who are sensible, hardworking, and laborious can successfully meet any challenges of life. Parents must prepare their children for all kinds of situations because time changes very fast. Today we may have everything, but in the next moment, we might be on the road and homeless.
All this being said, I strongly believe that whether a
child is from a rich family or a poor family, the important thing is right
parenting. The right parenting will make a child mentally strong enough to face
any challenges in life. Even the parents of rich families should tell their
children to be independent and not expect any wealth from their parents. This
will encourage them to make their careers in the days to come.
